Membership cycle

I have worked on a number of interesting and important projects for membership organisations. From developing membership strategy, through to writing marketing collateral – I can add value wherever it is required.

It was excellent working with Abby. Bringing an objective, totally neutral perspective into our research was helpful in getting a clearer idea of members’ thoughts and feelings on our offer and the way that we engage with them. The report that Abby produced has been important in shaping our thinking and laying the foundations for making changes in the future.

Brainstorming with staff and then developing the new membership offer.

Designing a campaign to attract new members using a content marketing approach.
Digital strategy
Developing a strategy and tactical plan to ensure this membership body was making the most of its social channels.
Marketing campaign
Supporting the organisation to communicate some challenging messages around a fee increase and changes to membership.
Member research
Running focus groups with members to gain a deeper understanding of what they value and their views on the organisation.
Income generation
Developing a marketing campaign for a member benefit, which generated additional income.
